Santosh Rao, Chief Operating Officer, joined Oakleaf in December 2009. Prior to joining Oakleaf, Mr. Rao served as CEO and owner of Performance Systems Inc., a privately held manufacturer of racing superchargers. Under his leadership, the company was able to double its sales in only 3 years. His previous leadership roles include, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Manufacturers' Services Limited, Executive Vice President-Asia Pacific for SCI Systems, and Vice President and General Manager for Solectron Corporation. Prior to that, he spent 12 years with IBM Corporation in Management, Financial and Operational roles. Mr. Rao holds a Bachelor of Engineering from College of Engineering, Pune, India and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Syracuse University.
